How Rentals Work

We keep things simple so your event planning stays stress-free.

Book Your Date

Reserve your flower or greenery wall online. Full payment is required to secure your date.

Pick Up at 11 AM

Pickup is scheduled for 11:00 AM on your rental date. Clear setup and safety instructions are provided at pickup.

Set Up & Celebrate

Install your backdrop at your event and enjoy a polished photo moment your guests will love.

Return by 9 AM

Return your rental by 9:00 AM on your scheduled return date.

General FAQ

Our DIY, date-based rental model allows you to take your backdrop anywhere within the rental period, whether your event is nearby or a bit farther out. 

No. Prairie Flower Walls offers DIY rentals only. Clients handle pickup, setup, takedown, and return.

Rentals are date‑based. You have the wall from 11:00 AM on your rental date until 9:00 AM on your return date.

Pickup is at 11:00 AM on your rental date. Rentals must be returned by 9:00 AM on your return date.

Outdoor use must be disclosed at booking.
Walls cannot be used in wind, rain, snow, or unstable conditions.

Early pickup may be available by request and does not extend the rental period unless an additional rental day is required. Please contact us for more information.

Flower wall panels cannot support any hanging items.
Support stands can hold lightweight décor only if disclosed and within posted weight limits.

Yes. Full payment is required to reserve your dates.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
