No, all rentals are DIY pickup. You’ll pick up the items, transport them, assemble them, and return them on your scheduled return date. Everything you need is labeled and included.
We suggest using a vehicle with enough cargo space for two large bags for the wall panels and one long bag for the stand. Most sedans, hatchbacks, and SUVs can transport everything comfortably. Bringing a blanket or strap helps keep the bags secure during the drive.
Outdoor use must be disclosed at booking.
Walls cannot be used in wind, rain, snow, or unstable conditions.
Flower wall panels cannot support any hanging items.
Support stands can hold lightweight décor only if disclosed and within posted weight limits.
Yes. Please confirm that your venue allows backdrops, stands, and installations. Some products require a minimum ceiling height of 8.5 feet. You can check the Additional Information tab on the product page to see if your backdrop has specific height requirements
No refunds are provided if the venue restricts or prohibits setup.
To keep everything safe and beautiful, please avoid:
Your rental includes everything you need for setup, from detailed instructions to quick pickup checklists. For flower walls, we also provide the backdrop stand, sandbags, and stakes.
We’ll walk through the items together, confirm everything is present, and make sure you’re comfortable with transport and setup. You’ll acknowledge that everything was received in good condition.
You’ll sign a simple return acknowledgment confirming all items were brought back.
After that, Prairie Flower Walls completes a detailed inspection under proper lighting.
This final inspection determines whether anything is damaged or missing.
You’re responsible for damage, loss, theft, or missing components during the rental period.

If an item becomes unavailable or conditions are unsafe, we will do our best to notify you in a timely manner and offer either a comparable replacement (if available), or a full refund.
These are the only remedies offered, and we’re not able to cover additional event‑related costs.
We inspect every rental before pickup, but slight variations in color or fullness can happen depending on lighting, natural wear, and how the backdrop is set up. We recommend hanging your backdrop as soon as possible so it can fully regain its shape after being stored.
