Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We want your rental experience to feel simple, clear, and stress‑free. Because each backdrop is reserved for a specific date, our refund policy is based on availability and the date‑based nature of our rentals.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event date are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will receive a full refund less non-refundable transaction or processing fees.

Rescheduling

One (1) date change may be permitted with at least thirty (30) days’ notice, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur a fee.

Missed Pickups, Early Returns & Unused Rentals

Missing your pickup time, Choosing not to use the rental or Returning the backdrop early does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.

Late Returns

Late returns without prior written approval may be charged as an additional rental day(s) at the current per day rate. No hourly extensions are offered.

Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

Refunds do not apply to:

• damage fees
• replacement costs
• missing components
• charges assessed after inspection
